Enter Mr. Tambourine Man: Bob Dylan shares Metallica fandom
Count Bob Dylan as a member of the Metallica legion.
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, the legendary folk singer speaks on the music he’s listening to nowadays, revealing that he’s seen the metal legends live twice.
Dylan adds that he’s also a fan of artists including Royal Blood, and says he’s made “special efforts” to see Jack White and Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner in concert.
Should Dylan want to see Metallica a third time, he’ll have plenty of chances over the next two years. The “Enter Sandman” outfit will launch a worldwide stadium tour in 2023 in support of their upcoming album, 72 Seasons, due out April 14.
