Slipknot‘s concert in Winnipeg earlier this week was briefly halted due to a fan in the mosh pit going through a medical situation.

In fan-shot footage of the moment, which you can watch on YouTube, frontman Corey Taylor can be heard telling the crowd to give the individual space and to make way for paramedics.

“I wanna make sure that they’re OK,” Taylor said of the fan. “I wanna make sure that they get out of the pit 100-percent OK.”

After paramedics reached the fan and began to lead them out of the crowd, Taylor asked the audience to “make sure they get out” and to form a “clear path.”

“As soon as they’re safe, we’re starting this f***ing thing again,” Taylor added. Once the situation was resolved, Slipknot restarted their song, “Vermilion.”

Slipknot is currently traveling through Canada on the band’s Knotfest Roadshow tour. The outing will return to the U.S. in May.
