Mammoth WVH and Dirty Honey are delaying the start of their co-headlining Young Guns tour due to surging COVID-19 cases.
The trek, which was originally scheduled to launch January 18 in Philadelphia, will now kick off February 20 in Denver. All shows scheduled from that Philly date to February 18 in Kansas City have been rescheduled for March and April, with the exception of a January 28 stop in Portland, Maine, which has been canceled.
All originally announced dates from the Denver show to March 5 in Indio, California, will still go on as scheduled.
“We take the health and safety of the bands, road crews, local venue staff and especially our fans very seriously,” Mammoth and Dirty Honey say in a statement.
In some good news, the reshuffled itinerary has allowed for the addition of three new shows to the tour, making stops in Oklahoma City, Pittsburgh and New Haven, Connecticut. Tickets to those dates go on sale this Friday, January 14, at 10 a.m. local time.
